How much bitcoin do ETFs hold?

About 1,411,807 BTC across the funds listed, of which 1,288,383 in US spot ETFs.

How much bitcoin do governments own?

Roughly 612,521 BTC in our list, mostly seized from criminals. Few governments publish their holdings, so most figures are on-chain estimates.

How often is this updated?

The lists are reviewed every month (last: October 2026); each row shows the date of its figure and links to the source. Dollar values use the live bitcoin price.

Compiled by Corgano from SEC filings, company and fund reports, government statements and on-chain analytics (Arkham, BitcoinTreasuries and others), as linked. Figures can lag; holders buy and sell between reports. Found a newer figure? Let us know through the About page.
